ADAM’S BACKGROUND

I know what you’re thinking, Adam you don’t look like the typical beauty business owner! How can you possibly help me?

Well, I might not be able to tell you the first thing about the best lash map to get the Kim K look, how do a perfect full body massage or the latest trends in results focussed skincare, but what I do know is the beauty BUSINESS!

Try 20+ years working in 27 different countries with 1000’s of salons and spas and you start to get the picture.

My background is in business management, and I’ve spent years helping people and organisations all over the world to turn their beauty businesses around. And I’ve worked with some of the biggest names in the industry! From Virgin, Jumeirah and Orient Express Spas to ESPA, Dermalogica and Elemis, I’ve been there and helped them all.

I live and breathe this business stuff – and I love it, and I’ve developed the tools, processes and strategies you really need to be successful to let you get on with the bits you love – like waxing someone’s intimates!

When I’m not working, you can usually find me out on my electric skateboard, wrangling my two opinionated, but extremely funny children, ensuring my wife has enough gin in her glass, and trying – mostly failing – to stop the cat sitting on my laptop.
